Some people say laughter is the best medicine and Some people say laughter is the best medicine and every one of us has something small we could smile about. One of the challenges in my branding shoots is getting the client comfortable in front of the Camara, and capturing that authentic laugh . But here are two tricks that never fail me.
 1. One thing I do to get my clients to laugh in a natural way is by asking them to do a very fake laugh, and although it will look really fake at first, it usually turns into a real laugh at the end
2.Another tip that I mention at the end of this guide which is to ask my clients to "shake it out" between poses. poses. They almost always laugh at the end and I get great laughing images
If you have been in one of my photoshoots. I’m sure you’ve got some favorites out there… what’s yours?
Do you struggle on how to pose ? Don’t worry, I’ve got some ways to make it more easy.
Posing while sitting down can be a bit challenging, but here are some tips that can help you:
Posture: The first thing to focus on while sitting is your posture. Sit up straight and avoid slouching or leaning forward. Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
Angles: Experiment with different angles to find the one that flatters you the most. Tilt your head or your body slightly to one side to create a dynamic and interesting pose.
Legs and feet: Pay attention to the placement of your legs and feet. Avoid crossing your legs, which can make you look tense or uncomfortable. Instead, try placing one foot in front of the other or keeping your feet together.
Hands: Decide what to do with your hands. You can rest them on your lap, place them on the armrests of the chair, or use them to frame your face.
Clothing: Consider the type of clothing you are wearing. Tight or restrictive clothing can limit your movement and make it harder to pose comfortably. Loose-fitting clothing can help you move more freely.
Environment: Consider the environment in which you are sitting. Use props, such as a book or a coffee mug, to create a more natural and relaxed pose.
Relax: Finally, remember to relax and be natural. Don’t force a pose or expression that feels uncomfortable or unnatural. Instead, try to relax and enjoy the moment.

As we mark this day, let us remember the millions As we mark this day, let us remember the millions of women who continue to face discrimination, violence, and inequality simply because of their gender. Let us recognize their struggles and pledge to do our part to make the world a better, more equitable place for all women.
Through my lens, I have witnessed the strength, resilience, and grace that women possess. It is my hope that my photographs will inspire others to celebrate and support the women in their lives and to work towards a world where women are valued, respected, and treated equally.
May we remember that if we stand together we will achieve gender equality , end gender -based violence and eliminate gender descrimination.
